I have informed my group about physical fitness i.e. there are 68 steps from the car park
I have informed my group of the need to wear suitable (covered) footwear. No open toe shoes, jandals or bare feet on site.
I understand there is no wheel chair access unless by prior arrangement.
I have collected cash or am otherwise ready for payment by cheque (no credit cards or invoices)
I have organised transport to deliver my group to the tour car park at Tip Top
No bendy buses or double axis buses because they cannot access our carpark
Single axle buses only
No public transport drop-offs or pick-ups on Carbine road
Visitors arriving on foot will be denied access
For multipe groups of over 35 people, I have organised the groups prior to the start of the tour
Key reminders on the day
Arrive at tour reception 15 minutes before scheduled start time - late arrivals will unfortunately miss the tour.
All visitors must arrive on site in a vehicle and drive to the lower car park.
No smoking anywhere on site.
No pushchairs/prams are allowed on the tour
No animals are allowed on Tip Top site
Vehicles are all security checked on departure
No photos are allowed in the factory but can be taken in the "magic moments" tour room
I am aware of all hazards onsite to keep everyone in my group safe.
I will ensure my group is at Tour Reception 15 minutes prior to the start of our tour. Please note: Tours run on time, late arrival will mean you will miss your booking.
I will supervise the children in my group at all times.
I will accompany any children to and from the toilets.
