Things you need to know

  • The cost is currently $7 per person (including supervisors). This is increasing to $8 per person as of the 1st March 2019
  • Babies under 6 months are free but must be included in tour numbers
  • Prices valid from 1 January to 31 December 2018
  • When you arrive at Tip Top, your entire group must enter the factory together. Click here for a map and photos to guide you.

What you will see

  • Our Tour Guides will show you how Tip Top ice cream is made
  • Watch ice cream production from enclosed viewing galleries
  • Sample our ice cream as you watch a DVD about Tip Top
  • Children, accompanied by an adult, can enjoy the outdoor playground for up to 45 minutes after the tour finishes

Times and dates

  • Tours run every weekday
  • Each tour is 1 hour
  • Tours start at 9.30am, 10.30am, 11.30am and 1.30pm
  • No tours on weekends, public holidays or during July school holidays
  • Bookings are essential and subject to availability (we will be in touch within 3 working days to confirm)

Number of people

How many people will be joining you on the tour? Everyone including babies need to be included for Healthy and Safety purposes
We need a name to identify you during the tour, E.g., name of school, organisation or family name.
All visitors must report to reception in a vehicle, pass a security check and then drive to the factory carpark
