Ice Cream Soda

Serves 1

30ml/2 tbsp chocolate, coffee or fruit syrup
50ml / 1/4 cup Milk
125ml/ 1/2 cup ice cream (any flavour)
125ml/1/2 cup fizzy drink (any flavour)
Whipped cream
Chocolate hail/Hundreds and thousands

1. Combine the syrup and milk in the bottom of a very tall glass. Mix until smooth.
2. Add 2 scoops of any kind of ice cream.
3. Fill the glass with soda water (club soda) and mix gently with a long spoon. Any flavoured soda you like can be used.
4. Top with a little whipped cream and sprinkle on some chocolate hail or hundreds and thousands.
