Warm Chocolate Float

Ingredients
115g Milk Chocolate, broken into pieces
250ml/ 1 cup Milk
15ml/1 tbsp Caster sugar
4 large scoops of Tip Top Vanilla Ice Cream
4 large scoops of Tip Top Chocolate Ice Cream
A little whipped cream
Grated chocolate or chocolate curls, to decorate
Instructions
Put the chocolate in a saucepan and add the milk and sugar. Heat gently, stirring with a wooden spoon until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
Place two scoops of each type of ice cream alternately in two heatproof tumblers.
Pour the chocolate milk over and around the ice cream. Top with lightly whipped cream and grated chocolate or chocolate curls.
