Q. What is the maximum number of people per tour?
A. The maximum per tour is 35 people and the minimum is 12 people. This number includes all those attending; students, teachers, caregivers, parents.
Q. What is the cost of the Tour?
- The cost is $5.00 per person.
- Payment is required for all those attending; students, teachers, caregivers, parents.
- Payment is to be made on the day by cash or cheque only. No Eftpos available.

Q. The How long does the tour take?
A. Tours takes a maximum of one hour.
Q. Is there parking available on site?
A. There is plenty of parking on site. When you arrive at the security gate you will need to provide the name of your booking and then the security guard will direct you where to park.
Q. Is the tour suitable for any age group?
A. Yes the tour is suitable for any age and will be tailored to the developmental level of the group.
Q. Can you have a Birthday Party at Tip Top?

Q. When do you run tours?
- Tours run during all school holidays except for July. The factory has an annual closure in July.
- There are no tours on weekends or public holidays.
